From cities to villages, the gospel is spreading across North West Europe.

About IFM

We are Benjamin and Pam Waldrum, and we’ve spent over 40 years in ministry, following the leading of the Holy Spirit wherever He calls us. Our hearts burn with a passion to see lives transformed by the presence of God, and we’ve had the privilege of ministering in churches, gatherings, and communities both in the U.S. and around the world.

Wherever we go, we believe that God is already at work—healing, restoring, and awakening hearts to His love. Our desire is to partner with Him in that work, creating an atmosphere where people encounter the power of the Word, the presence of God, and the life of the Spirit in a real and tangible way. Through worship, prayer, and teaching, we seek to equip and encourage believers while making space for those who are searching to experience the love of Jesus.

Though our ministry often takes us across borders, our hearts remain the same—to see people set free, faith ignited, and communities strengthened in the name of Jesus. No matter where we are, we are praying for you, believing that God knows you, sees you, and has incredible things in store for your life.

For over 50 years, I’ve been leading worship, pastoring, and walking alongside people as they encounter the presence of God. My heart has always been to create an atmosphere where the Holy Spirit moves freely—where people experience healing, restoration, and the deep love of Jesus.

Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of pastoring churches, serving in ministry leadership, and traveling as a missionary alongside my wife, Pam. Worship has been a central part of my life, not just as music, but as a way of inviting heaven to touch earth. Whether leading a congregation in song or speaking the Word, I believe God meets us where we are and transforms us in His presence.

Ministry has taken us across the world, but the call remains the same: to see faith stirred, lives awakened, and communities strengthened by the power of the Holy Spirit. No matter where we go, our prayer is always that people would step into the fullness of God’s love and purpose for their lives.

About Benjamin Waldrum

I am a passionate lover of God and His people, and my greatest joy is seeing lives transformed by His presence. For over 40 years, I’ve had the privilege of ministering in churches, leading prayer, and walking alongside people as they experience God’s healing, restoration, and power.

My journey in ministry has taken many forms—co-pastoring, serving as a missionary, leading intercessory prayer, and teaching—but at the heart of it all is a deep desire to see people encounter Jesus in a personal way. I love sharing the testimonies of how God has moved in my life, my family, and the communities I’ve been a part of because I believe our stories are powerful. They remind us that God is always working, always restoring, and always calling us deeper into His love.

Whether through prayer, teaching, or simply doing life together, my hope is to inspire a fresh hunger for God and His Word. Wherever you are in your journey, know that He sees you, He loves you, and He is always drawing you closer.

About Pam Waldrum

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.
